购买了198元的会员，结果付了一次显示我没有完成支付，我又付了一次，结果还是说我没支付，然后扣了我两次198的费用，但是还是说我未完成支付，我咨询了软件客服他一开始说帮我申请，结果后面直接不理我了，给客服打电话也不接。苹果公司还说我不符合退款条件，现在两个198白白打水漂了
