ios18.5を使用。トップ画面の「ただいま処理中です」のまま動きません。何も見れません。

川崎市の防災アプリでも何か情報があるかと思い開いたが全ての項目がデータ取得中のまま全く動かない。
南海トラフ巨大地震注意報が出ていてこういった有事の際に必要なアプリが全く使えないとは…何のためのアプリですか？
早急に対策を求めます。
