## What is 电册?

电册是一款把传统的纸质宣传册通过移动端APP来展示的平台。用户可以在平台发布产品宣传册、生成二维码、生成PDF、插入视频、留言等功能。方便用户参加展会时不在单一使用传统纸质宣传册。用户使用电子版画册大大降低印刷成本，用户也可通过平台找到客户提高销售。用户在平台可以发布产品图册、产品说明书、企业宣传册、纪念册、学习教材、白皮书、年度报告等。

【自动续费服务规则】
本规则被视为《电册VIP会员服务协议》（链接地址：http://dianzituce.com/weixin/index/m_f，若链接地址变更的，则以变更后的链接地址所对应的内容为准；其他链接地址变更的情形，均适用前述约定。）的补充协议，是其不可分割的组成部分，与其构成统一整体。如本规则与《电册VIP会员服务协议》存在冲突，以本规则为准。

您点击订阅、开通及使用电册VIP自动续费服务，则视您同意本规则。

您理解并同意：

1.本服务是在您已开通电册VIP会员服务的前提下，为您提供的自动续费服务。如您开通本服务，则在您的电册VIP会员服务即将到期时，从您的iTunes账户（一下统称“账户”）余额中代扣下一个计费周期服务器，计费周期包括月度、季度、半年度、年度。该服务实现的前提是您已开通及iTunes绑定账户，且可成功从上述账户中扣款。因上述账户中可扣款余额不足导致续费失败等风险及/或损失，由您自行承担。

2.订阅周期：1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月，用户可自行选择。

3.购买自动续费服务后，会在每个计费周期到期前24小时，自动在iTunes账户扣费并延长该计费周期对应的会员有效期。

4.如需取消自动续费功能，请手动打开苹果手机“设置”--进入“iTunes Store与App Store”--点击“Apple ID”，选择“查看Apple ID”,进入“账户设置”页面，点击“订阅”，选择电册VIP取消订阅即可。如未在计费周期到期前至少24小时前取消自动续费功能，将会自动续订及扣款。
