للاسف تطبيق فاشل غير عملي وفي مشاكل 
لما اطلب توصيل سريع ويقبل الطلب وبعدين بحكوا انه التوصيل السريع يوقف عشرة ونص رغم انه التطبيق قبل الطلب

I love shopping at Yaser mall, but ordering took so long because nearly every item I added to the cart required that I reenter the OTP code to submit. This ended up taking an incredibly long time to complete me order.

تقريبا كل مرة بنطلب فيها بجي الطلب متاخر اقل شي ساعتين عن الفترة اللي اخترناها، حتى لو دفعنا زيادة عشان يكون طلب مستعجل. قد ما حكينا و شكينا و يوعدونا انه الأمور رح تتحسن و بضل كل شي زي مهو. ما في أي مراعاة انه الناس عندها مشاغل او التزامات او حتى نوم. طلب الساعة ٨ يوصل ١١ بالليل و أنا مسافر و مرتي لحالها بالبيت. او طلب الساعة ٦ يوصل ١٠ بالليل و عنا سفر عالفجر. فوضى و عدم احترام.

Rude and unhelpful. They never stick to the time selected in the app. This is understandable but when they become rude, call me names, and refuse to talk respectfully this is completely unacceptable. Then they blame me for asking them to stick to the time.

I’m boycotting carefour and was looking for another online order pick up and delivery service. 

The app loads quick and is clean and easy to navigate. They have loads of products and I’m excited to see how well the rewards system works.

You have an offer of free delivery when purchasing Henikel products ( more than 7 JD ) which I made but did not get the free delivery offer !! I tried to communicate through Whats app but the agent was not enough Knowledgeable and his supervisor denied the offer you posted on application!! 
I had very hard time completing the order and wasting my time with chatting with your staff without resolving the issue! 
Finally I did the order but unhappy with customer service. 
My recommendation, when posting an offer provide a code to use upon check out .

اقترح التعديل المستمر للمواد التي يتم بيعها حيث انه اكثر من طلب يتم التواصل معي من قبل الموظفين بان هذا البند غير متوفر 
طيب بما انه غير  متوفر فليش تحطه بالقائمة

New update is bad. Navigating the app is more difficult and less intuitive. Categories are now way more limited and most searches give inaccurate or incomplete results. Item icons are smaller and you don’t know what’s out of stock till you select them. Very very bad
