线场强国APP是全球范围内首创实现帮助企业定向培养人才、帮助教育机构招学员、帮助学员找到心仪工作的学习交流平台。

产品的核心是“企业岗位定向培养”通过将企业招聘引入平台，让教育机构开发定向岗位课程，学员通过学习岗位课程从而满足企业的岗位需求进入企业，跳过了传统的冗长招聘环节。同时线场强国应用人工智能、大数据等前沿技术，提高了人才精准匹配度，提升了求职招聘效率。
