Приложение рабочее? Можно заказывать через него???

Делала заказ 30.08.23 до сих пор заказ так и висит в приложении. 
Не было даже звонка о подтверждении.
Решили поехать сами. 
При вопросе почему нет ни звонка ни подтверждения о том, что заказ принят,услышала что приложение не работает и у них вообще нет курьера.

Какое бы не было приложение оно теряет смысл если сотрудники просто не смотрят туда!!! Сделал заказ, прошло минут 30, прихожу забирать а мне там отвечают : а мы не видели, надо было позвонить. Может ещё приехать надо было и сказать что я сделал заказ ???
