第一次用他们的app，购买京东e卡，结果刚发来的码，我去绑定，就提示已被绑定，无效的？？！然后两边客服开始踢皮球了，但是，一定首先是聚能惠这边的问题，卡密有问题。卡密短信发到我手机上，手机就在我身边，没有其他人在。谁会看到我的卡密？而京东要查看绑卡人信息，又要各种公安局报案网安部门调查什么的，也是为难人。你们买油卡什么的，都得要小心了
