처음으로 리뷰 다는데요

제가 다운받고 로그인할때 무엇이 잘못되었는지 아무것도 안뜨고 제 회원정보도 안뜨고 할수 있는게 없습니다.
회원탈퇴도 안되고 새로 가입하려도 이미 사용된 전화번호라 할수도 없고.
별 하나로도 많은것 같은 기분입니다.

계약서 상세보기해서 pdf로 다운받으려고 해도 오류실패로 뜨고,,,이메일로 보내보려해도 계속 로딩만 되는데 개선해주셨으면 좋겠습니다..!!

마이케어에서 수정도 안되고 회원탈퇴 하고 다시 가입하려고 해조 창이 넘어가지 않아서 아무 것도 할 수가 없습니다..

비밀번호 재설정하려고 해도 인증메일은 오는데 막상 새 비번 넣으면 회원정보가 없다고 하네요..
