Почему в приложении нет тех поддержки ? В моем личном кабинете пропали несколько результатов исследований. Кто в этом будет разбираться ?

Невозможно работать в приложении. Не доработано. Прошел регистрацию, требуется ввести код из смс, но при обращении к смс приложение вылетает… и требуется новый вход и новое смс… и так по кругу. Техподдержка посоветовала переустановить приложение, но это не помогло…
