用網頁能登入教育部分的學生帳號，但是卻無法在網頁看文章，而且還一直要求使用APP才能看，用APP卻連帳號登入畫面顯示全白只剩右下一個X，是在要求學校出這種功課整我們家長與學生嗎？

我都已經用我的教育雲端帳號進入 已經確認登入 然後就是一片白色 跟一個叉叉 點叉叉也沒有登進去 試了十幾次了(._.)
