まずは、簡単な情報を登録してください。決定を押すことでBMIや現在の年齢、平均寿命、喫煙の有無を使ってあなたに一番適した寿命が自動で計算されます。残り時間を意識した人生を送れるよう、残り何日何時間何分何秒までわかりやすく表現しています。蝋燭の長さも変わるので、変化を楽しむことができます。また、好きな時間に残り時間を通知する機能もあるので、設定して、毎日の活力の一つにしてください。きっとあなたの1秒がこれまで以上に貴重な一秒ということが意識できます。
