1- عدم السيطرة على موظفين المكاتب التي خارج طرابلس ،، و هذا عن تجربة معاكم  ،، يعني مكاتبكم اللي برا طرابلس. ماشيين بجوهم هم. و ما يشتغلوش بضمير اغلبيتهم و يكذبوا و يقولوا تواصلنا مع الزبون. و هم يشيرينوا عليه مرة و يفوتوه  و لهذا. في شحنات راجعة 
2- الحافظة و سحب النقود صح. ممتاز .
3- تجميع الشحنات  كويس .
4- ترجيع الشحنات الراجعة. يعطل جداً .
5- رد على هوانف الشركة او الاستماع الى الشكاوى ضعييييف جدا. و يكاد يكون معدوم .
6- التطبيق جيد جداً  و سهل الاستخدام مع. تلخبيط في بعض الاحيان .
7- عندكم شباب  مندوبين و فالإدارة فعلاً الله يبارك عليهم لكن. المشكلة مش قادرين يسيطروا على مكاتبكم  برا طرابلس .
هذا رأي زبون قديم معاكم و أرجو تقبل النقد. و بالتوفيق .
