## What is 小法典?

小法典APP一款致力于解决大家日常工作和生活中法律问题的产品。

法律是由国家制定或认可并以国家强制力保证实施的，反映由特定物质生活条件所决定的统治阶级意志的规范体系。 

法律是由享有立法权的立法机关行使国家立法权，依照法定程序制定、修改并颁布，并由国家强制力保证实施的基本法律和普通法律总称。法律是法典和律法的统称，分别规定公民在社会生活中可进行的事务和不可进行的事务。

中国的法律可以划分为：（1）宪法；（2）法律；（3）行政法规；（4）地方性法规；（5）自治条例和单行条例。法律是从属于宪法的强制性规范，是宪法的具体化。宪法是国家法的基础与核心，法律则是国家法的重要组成部分。

【明示作用】
法律的明示作用主要是以法律条文的形式明确告知人们，什么是可以做的，什么是不可以做的，哪些行为是合法的，哪些行为是非法的。违法者将要受到怎样的制裁等。这一作用主要是通过立法和普法工作来实现的。
【矫正作用】
这一作用主要是通过法律的强制执行力来机械地校正社会行为中所出现的一些偏离了法律轨道的不法行为，使之回归到正常的法律轨道。像法律所对的一些触犯了法律的违法犯罪分子所进行的强制性的法律改造，使之违法行为得到了强制性的矫正。
【预防作用】
对于法律的预防作用主要是通过法律的明示作用和执法的效力以及对违法行为进行惩治力度的大小来实现的。法律的明示作用可以使人们知晓法律而明辨是非，即在人们的日常行为中，什么是可以做的，什么是绝对禁止的，触犯了法律应受到的法律制裁是什么，违法后能不能变通，变通的可能性有多少等等。
