第一次幫襯油塘多寶集運，原本可以一次集運的，集運倉分三批來貨給我，9公斤給100多塊以上，到油塘服務態度超差，超唔好，第一受這樣的委屈，以後再也不會幫襯！

19/3發貨到依家都未收到貨，一時話等上船、一時話被扣關，就算係扣關都有時間放行，係面書群組既資訊比客服講既更有說服力，終於得知被扣關巢亂晒啲貨，佢哋處理唔到咁多，一句話找唔到就要當失物處理，賠償金額由於免責條款少得可憐，一味叫我申請退款，從未有盡力幫我搵貨，我唔接受就話幫你唔到，呢間集運真心廢、客服不專業，遲早執笠！
