بصراحة، أرى أن التطبيق جيد، لكنني كنت أتمنى أن يكون سعر الاشتراك أكثر ملاءمة ويعكس قيمة الخدمة التي يقدمها التطبيق.

من أكثر الأمور التي أعجبتني في التطبيق وجود القبائل ومجموعات الدعم، وأعتقد أن هذا من أفضل ما يمكن أن يساعد في التعافي من الإدمان، لأن وجود مجتمع داعم وآمن يمكن أن يكون له أثر كبير في رحلة التعافي. كما أعجبني وجود المنتديات التي تتيح للمستخدمين طرح الأسئلة، وكتابة الخواطر، ومشاركة الهوايات والتجارب. وأحببت أيضًا البيئة الآمنة التي يوفرها التطبيق.

في المقابل، لم تعجبني الكتب والقراءات، وخصوصًا المواد المترجمة منها. كما أنني أستمتع ببعض السلاسل، مثل سلسلة ردود الأفعال، لكنني أرى أن بعض الفيديوهات الأخرى التي تهدف إلى تثقيف الشباب قد لا تكون مفيدة بالقدر نفسه، بل ربما تزيد المشكلة أحيانًا. فالمدمن غالبًا لديه بالفعل قدر كبير من المعلومات حول الإدمان وأضراره، وما يحتاج إليه أكثر هو استراتيجيات عملية وأدوات واضحة تساعده على التعامل مع السلوك القهري والتغلب عليه، وليس المزيد من المعلومات النظرية فقط.

كذلك، أشعر بالاستياء من أن الكثير من الشباب يبذلون جهودًا كبيرة، ومع ذلك لا يحصلون على المنح. كما أنني لا أجد قواعد واضحة ومحددة توضّح آلية الحصول على المنح أو الجوائز أو التخفيضات. أعتقد أن توضيح هذه المعايير بشكل شفاف سيكون أكثر عدلًا، وسيساعد المستخدمين على فهم ما هو متوقع منهم وما يمكنهم الحصول عليه مقابل جهودهم.
