智能双录平台是东吴人寿保险股份有限公司(以下简称东吴人寿)自主设计、研发的一站式保险双录平台。在严格遵循监管要求为前提下，支持多渠道、多场景的业务，以AI等技术赋能保险双录。支持本地和远程两种双录模式，在节点补录上支持本地和远程的互通，既助力业务员展业，又减少了质检人员的工作量，提高质检效率。
智能双录平台突破了传统的双录模式和理念，整合了人工智能、移动终端等前沿技术，从双录数据采集、话术模板配置、音频生成、话术播报、语音识别、音视频上传压缩、音视频质检、驳回补录及双录报表，形成了闭环管理，打通了一体化全流程。
