## What is イフゼン?

「If-Thenプランニング」は「〇〇な時に、〇〇をする」と自分の中に条件付けることで、新しい習慣を定着させるためのテクニックです。

例えば、「お風呂から上がったら、5分だけストレッチする」のようにアクションをとる状況を事前に決めておくことで、行動を起こせる確率が大幅に上がります。


■「あなたのイフゼン」

・作成したIf-Thenプランが一覧表示されます。

・毎日お昼の12時にプッシュ通知でIf-Thenプランをリマインドしてくれます。

■「みんなのイフゼン」

・全てのユーザーのIf-Thenプランが一覧表示されます。

■「お気に入りのイフゼン」

・みんなのイフゼンの中からお気に入りにしたIf-Thenプランが一覧表示されます。

■「イフゼンガチャ」

・回すと、みんなのイフゼンの中からランダムにIfとThenを組み合わせたIf-Thenプランが出てきます。あなたにピッタリのIf-Thenプランが出てくるかも！
