## What is 撮谷道?

日撮谷道一百遍，治病消疾又延年。通俗地讲，

「撮谷道」通俗的说法是「 提肛」，通过有规律的收缩臀部肌肉往上提收肛门，然后慢慢放松，这一提一松之间就是提肛运动。

「提肛」也是凯格尔运动 Kegel Exercise —— 又称骨盆运动 Pelvic Floor Exercise 中的重要组成部分。

可以像呼吸，等其他软件一样，设计一下Apple Watch应用，不需要很复杂，可以配合收缩同步震动，这样就不用看手机了，会很方便🙏
