## What is 开迈斯智服?

CAMS作为全国知名企业，目前平台上共有自建充电设备终端10万余个，覆盖226个城市。传统的运维管理工作面向技术、职能，具有局部性、单一性、效率低和成本高的特点，不能满足快速增长的业务需求，也不利于产品品牌扩散。目前运维软件仅支持PC端，线下运维人员在工作时大多为配置电脑且不太方便。为了降低运维成本和提高效率，开发运维App端是必不可少的。该应用是一款为运维人员提供工单查询、工单信息填写的App。使运维能够更快的定位故障电桩，迅速派单维修。平台自动处理故障，减少人工成本。提高运维效率，提升电桩的稳定性，进而提高用户满意度。本次app采用了全新的体系架构，本着一切以客户满意为本的原则，遵循多数客户的使用习惯，设计业务流程，希望为CAMS的客户群体带来更好的使用体验。
