1人暮らしなので自分で料理を作って食べていますが、いつも残ってしまいます。以前より小食になったかなと思ってます。体調は悪くないですが歳のせいなのかなと思ってます。

社内で広報したところ10%の社員が興味を持ってくれて活用してくれました。ゆるめな目標設定でたのしく認知行動療法ができて、こころのメンテナンスにつながるとのこと。
