## What is 兵管家?

兵管家就业创业孵化基地，占地30亩，总建筑面积1 7000平米，是山东乃至全国最大的退役军人就业创业孵化基地。 兵管家易货隶属于山东乾祥集团旗下项目，山东乾祥成立于2012年是青岛市委办公室退役军人事务局挂牌的就业创业服务基地，青岛市教育局挂牌的针对中小学生的学军基地。 旗下分为四大产业链，乾祥健康环保连锁项目，主要服务家政保洁、家电清洗、甲醛治理、大型中央空调清洗和大型油烟机清洗；中小学生寓教于乐学军基地；中小企业军事化企业培训中心；兵管家易货超市连锁项目。 客户是什么，他们在想什么，需要我们做什么，这些问题一直困扰着我们。但是经过几年的实践，发现做好客户关系其实很容易，那就是真诚！
