## What is 高教在线?

重庆高校在线开放课程平台运用MOOCs的建设理念及应用思路，兼容国家精品视频公开课和资源共享课建设标准，通过搭建本地化平台，汇聚国内外优质课程资源库，积极顺应“互联网+”国家发展战略，开展优质教育教学资源共建共享。旨在建成重庆市高校在线开放课程学习和管理平台，推动优质教学资源的共建共享，实现高校间的“课程互选、学分互认”，促进教学改革，提高教学质量。并利用平台的推广应用作用以推动教学改革和制度创新，提高教育质量，促进内涵发展，推动建立“人人皆学、处处能学、时时可学”的学习型社会。
