舒适家系统利用互联网、物联网、人工智能、大数据、云计算等技术，结合东软载波特有的电力线载波通信技术，打通了家庭内部的智联热泵系统、智能家居系统、家庭控制中心三大系统，提供制热、制冷、生活热水及智能家居的高品质生活，从而实现舒适、健康、安全、智能、便捷的目标。
       通过手机-智联热泵管理平台-设备互联互通， 通过APP，控制室外机的启动、停止，切换室外机的制冷、制热等模式使用户和智能设备之间快速交互，打造便捷、智能的使用环境。
