2026/9/1 になったら、起動してもすぐに落ちるようになりました。
前もあった気がします...

ニフティのログインに「2段階認証設定」していても、このアプリ経由だとパスワードだけでログイン出来るというあり得ない仕様。
これじゃ2段階認証の意味が全くない。
まさに不正アクセスの温床。

しかも、パスワードを変更しても、旧アカウントでこのアプリにログイン中であれば、そのままログイン状態が続くようです。

実際に私もこのアプリ経由と思われる不正アクセス（履歴はAndroidのマイニフティ経由、ちなみに私はiPhone）を受けていて、パスワードを変更しても不正アクセスが続いています。

この内容に関して、明確な回答をお待ちしています。

契約時の説明と解約したときにかかる費用が違う。
確認取ろうにもkddiとニフティ二つに確認取らないとだし、どっちも部分的にしか回答してこない。
払いたくないけどブラックリスト載ってカード作れなくなっても嫌だから我慢して払うしかない。
工事費はニフティが負担するとか営業の人が言うけど信じたらダメ👎
全部嘘。
営業が説明の時にいろんな紙出してきたけど半分くらい持ち帰ってた。
後々問題になりそうな書類は持ち帰って、簡単なプラン説明の紙だけ渡されてたのはこの詐欺会社の手口。

今回の漏洩でメールアドレス、パスワード、が漏れてしまってます。
カード情報も漏れてるようで、少し前からNiftyの登録名で、フィッシングメールメールが届きます。
パスワード変更後、iPhoneのメールにどうやっても登録できないのでカスタマーセンターに連絡するも、「やり方は間違っていないので、 Appleに連絡をしてください」の事です。
これだけの事をしでかして、形だけの謝罪。
対応するカスタマーセンターの人も知識が乏しく、この件でにわかに集められた素人のようで、全く話にならなかった。
フィッシングメールによると、カード情報、マイナンバーの情報も漏れていそうです。どれだけの情報が流出したのかさえ、説明なしでした。
企業としてこれはもうダメなのではないかと。

WEB版ニフティのサポートページを見ても該当する記事が見当たらず、やむを得ず本レビューを記入しました
