Downloaded this as the QR code that came with it directed me to this app.  It has no way to pair to a device.  You add device and name it but then no way to pair.  Scanning the QR code in the app does nothing but give you an equipment error code.

The fan is nice.  I bought so I could use the phone app to turn it on/off etc.  can’t get it to pair and no support.    Pretty useless.

Off the bat, the app design is horrendous. On top of that, I originally couldn’t get the app to pair with my fan. Two days later, though, after deleting the app and downloading it again, I managed to do it. The problem, as it turns out, is that the app didn’t request Bluetooth permissions the first time I downloaded it. The second time, though, it did. Overall, the app looks terrible and pairing is a headache, but I managed.
