## What is 养胃?

这是一款专为胃不好的朋友打造的App，致力于解决养胃过程中，忌口的东西越来越多，胃却越养越弱的烦恼。让胃在不知不觉中，恢复往日的健康。

App中包含一个风险预测模型，会根据最近用户的行为分析当下不适的风险。用法非常简单，当养胃app提示胃“脆弱”时，不要吃伤胃的食物即可，其他情况下，可以正常吃喝，不必忌口。当然，也不要暴饮暴食。

App中内置了常见的“养胃”和“伤胃”的行为，你也可以根据个人的情况添加，做了相应的“养胃”或”伤胃“的事后，打开App打卡，就可以知道当下胃的状态，做相应的调整。

App中内置了分析工具，有图表和历史数据，可以看到之前任一天的风险指数，健康分数，不适次数，轻松的分析出自己的规律。
