## What is 撼動健身俱樂部?

撼動健身創立於2018年10月，前身為ＭＡＸ健身俱樂部，座落於彰化溪湖，為溪湖第一家健身房，創立初衷為，其他鄉鎮都有健身房，唯獨溪湖沒有，為了造福鄉里，決定出來嘗試，希望讓大家有一個就近運動的好地方，當健康意識抬頭，運動變成工作後的舒壓活動，健身房具備各式健身器材，不需在烈日下即可得到爆汗的效果！ 
打造健身新形象，提供會員優質環境，讓會員訓練時能放心，能開心。 
人生只有一次，健康開始茁壯。
