Tried over and over to pair the fan/light with no luck. Lucky they included the remote because the app doesn’t work!

App funktioniert so ganz gut, leider die Einstellung der Farbtöne bzw. Helligkeit von warm zu kalt oder von hell zu dunkel ist genau entgegengesetzt.
Wie in der App Beschreibung stimmt die Spracheinstellung von vier - bis fünf Sprachen überhaupt nicht, mögliche Einstellungen sind Englisch und Chinesisch aber nicht Deutsch.

My wife and I just had our living room remodeled and added it to the room. We not only love the unique appearance of this ceiling fan, but for its small size we love the amount of power it has. The only BIG PROBLEM we have been having since it was installed 6 months ago is synchronizing it to the app through Bluetooth. I have tried everything I can with zero success. The fan itself does work. Just can not control it from the app. Help!
