휴대폰으로 어플깔아서 주문하는 시대에 아직도 이런 불쾌하고 불편한 시스템이 존재하는걸 포레포레에서 알고갑니다.

상품을 담아도 장바구니 숫자만 올라가고 장바구니에 상품이 없어서 다시 담으러 가면 또 대기열에 걸림

이딴게 시스템 인가요?
포레포레 모든분들 급여입금 알림은 왔는데 통장잔고는 0원 이길 바랍니다.

UI/UX가 심각하게 불편합니다. 상품 구매버튼을 눌렀는데 장바구니에 담겨있고, 체크박스와 버튼은 버벅이며 결제는 실패가 반복됩니다. 페이지 이동속도마저 지나치게 느려 기본적인 사용조차 힘듭니다. 
이런상태는 고객을 배려하지 않은 운영으로 밖에 보이지 않습니다.
문제 제기에 개선 노력은 커녕 고객에게 책임을 전가하는 태도는 납득하기 어렵습니다. 
지금 수준이라면 과연 서비스를 지속할 의지가 있는지 의문입니다.
