如果可以零🌟，我绝对不会给1星.  充值前什么都不告知，付完款才说要实名认证后才能发货. 
怎么实名认证呢？ 不是简单的提供身份证明而已，除了身份证件，
还要求付款银行卡的照片，
 还要求本人手持身份证的照片，还要求本人手持付款银行卡的照片，银行卡账单.  这些无理的要求，不等于把有效的所有个人信息都提供吗？ 要求退款后，也告诉你7个工作日以后.
