我买三瓶饮料，一个雪碧一个矿泉水一个软酸菌风味饮料，结果那乳酸菌饮料口子撕开了，是小厂做的饮料，里面没有密封好，漏出来了，我当即就拍照上传要求乳酸菌那饮料单瓶退款，后台接收信息后就不了了之了，客服说这归货柜上货员管，结果到现在没退钱，这种破小倒闭公司大家最好还是看清楚些比较好。3块钱的事情，但是希望避坑
