تم وضع شخصيات لعبة مدام عفاف للألغاز والأحاجي في عدّة أماكن وغرف مُختلفة داخل بيئة اللعبة بحيث لا يُمكن نقل أي منها إلى مكان أخر. باستخدام مهاراتك الذهنيّة الفذّة سيتوجب عليك تحريك القطع وتجاوز أي حواجز أو مكعبات قد تعرقل مسيرك نحو النّهاية حتى تتمكّن من تكوين مسار يسمح لك بتحريك الكرة وجمع كل أوراق العمل الخاصة بك وصولًا إلى مدام عفاف.
