Never. Not a single time they answered my call or even called me back. Shipping has been delayed over a week, all the frozen food that I ordered gone bad. Had to throw all of them. Don’t even think about ordering from them and expect a decent customer service. Good luck.

Hmm seems like they are more targeted to Korean only since the App is in Korean whenever you open it.  Yes you can change it to English when you scroll ALL the way down but HEY, why not make English as a default since you are marketing to people here in the US?
Other than that their search function isn’t working really well and products are very limited.
