“临沭首发”APP是临沭县融媒体中心主办的集广播电视、新闻资讯、视频直播、群众诉求、文明实践、政务公开、便民服务等功能于一体的官方移动手机客户端，由临沭县融媒体中心运营，设置了要闻、部门、镇街、专栏、群众诉求综合服务平台等栏目，能看电视、听广播、阅报纸，并能分享评论、上传短视频，可实时收看临沭TV-1、临沭TV-2和县内各大活动的精彩直播，可收听临沭人民广播电视台FM107.4。还可网上反映各种诉求，直接与有关职能部门对话沟通互动。
