## What is 看房笔记?

此APP的灵感源自于我的租房中介朋友。还记得在那个炎热的夏天，租房遇到了他，顶着大太阳被他带着跑遍了附近的好几条街，汗流浃背。我就在想，为什么不能先一起在清凉的空调屋里看好中意的房子再去现场呢，这样大家都方便。而据观察，常用的记录房源信息的是用微信朋友圈，回过头去再去翻找的话，可能都会忘了它的注意点了。对于一个厉害的中介人员来说，怎么能没有一个方便的房子管理利器呢？

而且对与租房的客户来说，也需要记着看过的房子，去做笔记，拍照片，做比较，对比哪个更合适。

所以，为了解决这些问题，初级版本的APP主要设计了这几个功能：

1-添加和编辑房子：名称、位置、房屋类型、备注、照片。又可添加或删除每个屋子的信息：出租状态和照片。

2-地图总览：可在地图上一键查看所有的房子，可点击查看每个房子的具体信息，可以很方便的对比位置、价格等信息。比如看看哪个房子离地铁更近。

3-房屋详情：可点击查看和保存房屋图片。可导航到具体位置。分享功能正在安排中。

整个APP不需要联网，没有用户概念，不需要注册，信息都保存在手机磁盘中。功耗很低。
