## What is 网络电话通讯?

网络电话通讯是一款基于云计算架构的呼叫中心平台，作为移动客户端提供给座席，通过话单记录，录音等功能有效规范电话呼叫工作流程。
可结合呼出号码弹屏提醒功能，致电时，通过“来电名片”主动向客户告知电话来源，增加来电可信度，提升呼通率，避免号码被恶意标注，或误为骚扰电话而拒接。
