## What is 肝胆专家?

手牵手智能疾病管理系统（Smart System of Disease Management，SSDM）是针对慢性疾病患者自我管理开发的医患互动系列应用软件，分为患者使用的“肝胆中心”和医生使用的“肝胆专家”。


肝胆专家，是一款供顾问医生使用的肝胆外科疾病专业管理平台，包括“患者管理”和“咨询管理”等功能。

通过肝胆专家平台，医生可以查看自己的患者从“肝胆中心”APP提交的疾病管理信息，建立起随访数据库，开展科学研究。并可基于患者提交的信息，对提出咨询申请的患者给予有根据地科学指导。
