## What is 星海?

近年来，海洋资源的重要性日益显现，而对海洋信息的监测尤为重要，本应用基于海洋综合信息监测与记录，为从业人员提供便捷的应用工具，使其能快速记录测量数量及相关注意事项，例如：海洋定位、水深、海底地形、海图绘制、海岛礁测等。
添加测量详情时可记录具体测绘编号、位置线、定位参量、测距方法、坐标方位角、误差修正及记录时间等。我们以满足广大海洋监测从业人员管理需求为导向，形成海洋生态一海域使用一环境综合的闭环监测能力，为应对气候变化行动的决策等均提供了有力的技术支撑。
