アークテリクスは非常に良い商品なのですが、正直言ってこのアプリは⭐️ゼロの最低アプリです。非常に動作が重く、入力していると大抵固まります。なので、私は商品入荷お知らせ機能のみ使用し、購入は専らWEBサイトで行っています。タイトル通り、至急改善した方が良いですよ。ECとしての役割を全く果たしていないので。商品は良いのにこのアプリのせいでイメージ下げているのは勿体無いですよ！

店員さんも迷っている私を近く離れずにしてもらい、ゆっくり選べる事が出来ました。
商品知識も豊富で色々なパターンも紹介してもらい感謝致します。
ニューオープンの場所は今の店舗より広くなるみたいで、楽しみが出来ました

ありえないくらい重くて住所入力1文字入れるのに5秒くらいタイムラグが有る　スマホが死ぬほど熱くなった。一体何の処理にこんなに時間がかかるんだろ？今こんなアプリあるんだ，，，使いにくすぎるので早めに治した方いいと思う　なんか怖い

以前のアプリに比べて、信じられないくらい使い勝手が悪い。商品の画像さえアプリでは何パターンも見るのに苦労する。以前のアプリではこんな使いづらさは無かった。まるで購入する気持ちになれません。これは本当に早く改善しないといけないと思います。

製品は良いものなのにアプリにストレスを感じてしまいます。直して欲しいです

昔のアプリ使いやすかった。

このアプリアップデート後は全く使えものにならない。時代遅れ頭おかしいIT系会社に任せたのか。

アップデート後はWEBサイト入れ込みだけ、商品の表示もコンテンツの表示も全然スマホに合わせていない。

SHOPから見るサイト入れ込みのみの商品ページとWISHLISTから見るページ全然統一されていない。

ブックマークリストは何な？気に入りは何な？WISHLISTと統一されていない。
※そもそもブックマーク全く開けない　(パソコンのブラウザからも request time outになっちゃう)

2025にこういうゴミアプリができるのはむしろすごい👍

アプリが新しくなってからまともに閲覧できなくなった。みたいものにたどり着くまでにほぼ固まっているかのような感じ。あまりに遅いのでイライラしてタップすると意図しない横スクロールが発生しほぼ何もできなくなった。
これでは公式アプリで注文はできない。
