二是服务一网通办。为人才提供预约看房、租赁申请、在线签约、网上缴费等一站式服务。引入建设银行等市场化资源，提供人才乐居金融综合解决方案。
三是政策一键申领。集成首次考察补贴、青年人才驿站、租房补贴、公积金租房等一系列乐居政策申请通道，人才一键申请即可享受实打实的全链条乐居支持。
