 ئەم تەفسیرە: (التفسیر المیسر) بە ڕاسپاردەی موجەممەعی مەلیک فەهدە بۆ چاپی قورئانی پیرۆز لە شاری مەدینە، کە دوای توێژینەوەیەکی ورد، بە پێویستی زانی تەفسیرێکی ئاسان بۆ قورئانی پیرۆز بەزمانی عەرەبی، بەپێی بنەماکانی تەفسیرو سەرچاوە ڕەسەنەکانی دەربکات، کە ببێتە بناغەیەک، تا موجەممەعی مەلیک فەهد، کە ماناکانی قورئانی پیرۆز وەردەگێڕێ بۆ زمانی گەلانی ئیسلامیی و غەیری ئیسلامی، چاپ بکات.
   جا بۆ داڕشتنی یەکەمی ئەم تەفسیرە، بژاردەیەک لە مامۆستای تەفسیریان بانگ کرد، کە شایەتی بەزانیاریان و لێهاتویان دەدرێن، کە بە پێی چەند ڕێککارێک، ئەم تەفسیرە دابنێن.
جیاوازی ئەم تەفسیرە:
1-  تەفسیر کردنی ئایەتەکانى(التفسير الميسر) لە ڕووی عەقیدەوە، بە پێی بۆچونی پێشینەی چاک(السلف الصالح)ە.
2- پێشخستنی تەفسیری (مأثور)، بەسەر تەفسیرەکانی دیکەوە، واتە: قورئان بە قورئان و ئەوەی لە پێغەمبەرەوە (صلی اللە علیە وسلم) گواستراوەتەوەو ئەو هاوەڵانەش، کە ئامادەی دابەزینی قورئان بون و لێکدانەوەی قورئانیان زانیوەو، ئەو شوێنکەوتوانەش، کە لە قوتابخانەی پێغەمبەرایەتییەوە لە هاوەڵە موفەسیرەکان گۆش کراون. 
3- تەنها وتەی ڕاست، یان پەسندتر نەقڵ كراوە.
4- لە مـیانەی تەفســیرەکەدا، هـیدایەت و ڕێنمـایی قـورئـان و مەبەسـتەکانی شـەریعەت دەرخراوە.
5- دەستەواژەکان کورت و ئاسانن، لەگەڵ ڕونکردنەوەی بێژە (لفظ)ە نامۆو غەریبەکان لە کاتی تەفسیرکردندا.
