齐鲁教育在线平台以知识图谱构建能力为基础，以有效推进国家智慧教育平台各学科资源有效利用为切入点，以知识图谱末节知识点为标签开发相应颗粒度小的资源，借助智慧测评等手段，作为以章节课时资源为主的同步课堂学习资源的有效补充，以满足不同层级学生学习的需求。
教育主管部门将基于此平台组织优秀教师及大学生志愿者在双减政策之下免费提供面向不同层级学生的答疑于学习诉求的服务，践行“为民办实事”的责任担当。免费的志愿者服务赋予智慧平台更多人性温暖，减轻众多家庭因课后辅导而承受的经济负担，缓解家长育儿焦虑，将平台建设成为有温度、有智慧的自主学习平台。
