本软件为德国标准主动式线上卒中康复医疗服务平台，为轻度及中度卒中患者及家属提供康复训练及康复知识的帮助，也为医生的工作提供支持。引入德国康复理念和康复各阶段目标，创新居家康复训练模式，通过数字化的手段管理康复进程，提供给患者个性化定制主动式康复训练计划，并且通过1对1服务提高患者依从性。
本软件患者端由脑卒中患者或其家属使用，具有以下功能：患者管理、康复训练、视频咨询、在线评估、患者教育和精神健康模块。
