・本アプリに入力されるお客様の音声につきましては、音声認識精度向上のために収集、分析、再利用させていただきます。ただし、音声は、その内容を一般に公開することはなく、厳重に管理し、音声認識精度向上のための統計量を抽出することのみに利用いたします。また、個人が特定できる形態での使用は一切いたしません。 
・電話帳の人名を音声辞書に反映するを選択した場合、電話帳の姓名とその仮名がサーバに送信されます。 
・アプリがバックグラウンドに回ったときは通信や録音などの処理は行いません。 
・音声データの端末への保存は行っておりません。このアプリの使用容量が増えることはございません。

・単語の登録を積極的に行なってください。 
(音声認識辞書に入ってない単語は認識されません)

・細切れに喋るより話しかけるように一気に発話すると認識精度が向上します。 
・早口になり過ぎないように発話してください。 
・極端に周りがうるさい環境ではうまく発話が検出できません 
・声の小さい方はマイクを意識して喋ってみてください。iPhoneではホームボタン付近、iPadではイヤホンのプラグ付近です。
