这次更新的9.9.11版本每次开屏都会闪一下，不知道是手机问题还是软件问题

格瓦拉在设计界面的时候，你点进这个影院，有票买了之后才发现它连接的是另一家影院，想看来不及退票说不支持退，引导消费的手段实在不够磊落。客服全是程式化的语言，没有热诚和好意，打电话投诉却找不到格瓦拉的注册地和注册电话，这种叫三无产品还能大摇大摆地存活，工商管理是怎么监督的？！

相当垃圾，系统界面不合理 演出票在其它平台均可邮寄，这家只能通过二维码取票，并且两张票只能通过一个二维码取票，购票时并未说明这一点。用一个账号买了两个人买的票，一张只能作废。客服态度差，含糊不清，建议我"合理安排时间观看演出" 你们平台怎么不合理安排系统，系统的问题凭什么用户来承担损失？垃圾！谁用谁知道

格瓦拉和大众点评一样，抵不过BAT的轰炸，被踢出局了。一开始被微票时代收购，现在猫眼又全部卖下，然后让格瓦拉自生自灭，可能有一大笔旧债未解决，可能会永远闲置下去。
格瓦拉开创了在线购票，线下自助取票的先例，打破了看电影要去电影院买实体票，也打破了电影节通宵排队的难题。
但格瓦拉最终避免不了资本运作的窘境，没有资金就没有资本，就没法运营下去。

评论花时间写了好多，没有骂电影没有脏字，客观评价，硬说我没有符合社区规范。社区规范查一查又找不到，还没有人工客服。评价靠机器人处理，改了一遍又一遍评论全是说不符合
我就写了    剧情老套，不好笑
这哪里不符合社区规范了？？？短评里还有个写电影垃 圾的都没屏蔽诶
气的差点想给电影打一星，最终选择客观评价。怀疑很多评价都被这个筛选给清楚了

感觉被收购后后台系统信息混乱，服务沟通脱节，系统记录标准混乱：
本来在格瓦拉可以用的票券用不了了，申请延期又被告知必须自己联系美团客服，联系美团客服后，过了好久打电话去问说是有人会联系我，他们联系不上，几天后联系我又说他们查不到结果，只能我自己尝试后给他们反馈，尝试后仍不能使用，但电话回去接电话的人说处理团队是没有电话的联系不上，只能等结果，又进入了另一个循环……

之前版本一直有些问题，最近更新的挺好用的，演出比赛比以前多了很多，很多城市之前没有现在也有了。影院也变多了而且不少支持退票或改签。继续加油。
