打算退款，上面的理由选项还全是商家的问题，想选口碑自己本身问题的选项，一个都没有。
投诉三天后，和第一天客服一样的回应 “优惠刚好在下单的那一霎那没有库存了，抱歉造成不便”
一来，明明系统上就还有库存，旁边的顾客都又买成功；二来，这种烂回复，凭什么要三个工作日

我没有要你们免单这种无理要求，请让我买到我实际要买的商品、对应的价钱！

虽然可以购买到一些优惠和促销 ，但是回到其它团购网站可以看到并不是那么的情况！    
    到今天2020年11月13日为止，还是团购内容错误信息不断，口碑团队的低级错误众多。 譬如上海 目前销售的春会馆的足浴和按摩套餐，显示门店21店可以用，但是一堆门店是关门，和电话过去并不能使用。  
     使用规则经常也是模棱两可，详情中显示可以360天内使用，结果下面再有一条30天内有效。 像这样的冲突规则，好多团购内都有！
     之前还有遇到过你们团队更改使用时间，有效期莫名被提前。投诉杭州12315才解决！ 
   好几年了，口碑还成长成这样！ 真是汗颜！

在舟山口碑用的人不多，我是从一个商户的角度去分析的！那天店里来了一位口碑的经理，问我老板做口碑吗！我问有什么优惠政策，比如向美团点评刚开始的商家都是免费的，一直到现在我们这些老号都是免费的，而那位经理一脸尴尬的说，只有充值才有一点优惠！对于我们商家来说，美团点评做得好好的，突然又上一个口碑，从头做没什么必要，也没有精力去管理！没有足够吸引我们的东西，一般基本会被帕斯掉！希望口碑能拿出足够的诚意，能让我们这些商家觉得付出是值得的，我们推销给客户是值得的，才会有动力
