虽然你们联通公司的竞争力没有移动电信公司的竞争力强，但是作为中国国有企业，你们虽然三大运营商里风评不好，但是你们也是有自己的闪光点的，信号啥的的确比不过，但是作为价格方面咱也确实做到了该做的事情，我们的基站数量，信号强度方面的确不好，但我们应该着重于客服口碑上面，我们要靠积累口碑走农村路线，在农村里积累一个又一个的老客户，在农村宽带比不过我们就要抓通话套餐，不要过高，控制住一个区间，只要选对自己的路线，一定不会做的比另外两个运营商差😊

您好！我想就名下联通电话卡的相关问题进行投诉，希望能得到妥善处理。 事情是这样的，我近期发现自己被纳入了联通的黑名单，导致无法办理新的电话卡，这给我的生活带来了很大不便。经过查询得知，原因是我名下曾有一张联通卡因欠费未缴被记录，可实际上这张卡早已变成空号，我既没有收到过任何欠费提醒，也从未使用过该卡产生后续费用。 更让我困扰的是，此前我尝试通过正规渠道申诉，但由于该号码已是空号，申诉过程受阻，问题始终没能解决。作为消费者，我理解合理缴费的义务，但对于这种空号状态下产生的欠费及由此导致的黑名单记录，我认为存在不合理之处。 希望贵公司能尽快核查此事，核实该空号卡的实际使用情况及欠费详情，协助我解除黑名单限制，避免对我的正常通讯需求造成进一步影响。期待能在3个工作日内收到回复，感谢您的处理。

我用联通好多年了，对比三家而言，我的话费也不少，月月超额，新用户要维护好，老用户也应该多考虑一下吧，虽然你们用户基数大，但老的高星用户稍微也维护一下吧，我的额外套餐每个月都超额多少你们自己查查，赚钱是肯定的，但你也为客户稍微考虑一下吧，我是没时间搞这些，但我现在准备作出考虑了，准备携号转网，比移动你比不了覆盖范围，比电信你比不了网速，服务你再不做好，要留住客户（虽然我这个小客户微不足道）

千万不要办联通，联通真的卡到爆 干点啥根本干不了 连正常通讯聊天都要转圈圈简单点就是5G堪比3G，玩个游戏根本玩不了最后被这个联通玩红温了 一开始办完卡的时候我还没发现这么卡 因为我一直用wifi根本没察觉到这个联通有这么卡 你也别看他流量多 是挺多 卡的不想用流量多又有什么用 这种情况我也找过客服 但是问题一直没有得到解决 刚办的或者还没办但是有想法的千万别办会卡到你怀疑人生 最后千万别办联通！太卡了！！！
