每年我們這批在海外工作或上學的都告訴你多難用，這麼多過去了，缺點還是一模一樣，沒有改進，還敢在用評價底回覆違反事實的狡辯。例如，你就是有些常用功能一定只能用台灣號碼收簡訊驗證 不能otp，超級麻煩大家就不會想要用你這app，第二，有人反應在app設計錯誤及故障，你還叫人換ip。我們千人留英群組使用都有問題，你們自己也很清楚，而且是低級錯誤，還手指指向我們。

英國隨便一間銀行的app都比你好太多。卡成這樣，介面設計也亂七八糟，功能呈現很糟，也取消海外匯款優惠了（當初辦卡的時候,銷售主推的功能,所以當初你們主要是推給很多留學生和移民辦理），結果呢你取消這個優惠了，那我們為什麼還需要以後繼續使用你的服務呢？請檢討，這app是九年前都嫌落後落後的設計。台灣不缺人才請雇用專業app團隊來設計。

打電話問客服,客服說了一個好笑的規定,說只能用有Sim卡的手機接收otp 碼,因為說什麼要認證使用的機器是本人的,當我問那為什麼不能用平板接收OPT碼,只是一直重複說只能用手機,其他不能用. 什麼時候規定人一定要有手機才能線上交易?
