It's basically a scam.  No driver will pick up any order because this company is not paying their drivers.  The company itself is going to be bankrupted AND it is still promoting prepaid deposit ! Any Prepaid deposit will be same as trash.  It's a scam and Apple should take down this app.

司机服务差App又没筛选司机的功能（大概是因为司机不多吧）。居然倒霉到碰了一个之前绕道给过差评的司机。直接高速上恐吓要把我扔在路边。充在易到的钱应该是拿不出来了。只好认倒霉为了安全决定以后再也不用易到了。

今天下载绑定了信用卡，然后约车，算价格实际扣除返的600多元，等约好车，重复按充值，重复提醒你绑定信用卡，最后问客服，告诉北京的手机号注册的账号不能充值，就是必须按全价支付，比市场高40%的钱，客服重复说对不起，让你体验不好，这是明着挖坑抢钱呀

我从来没见过用户体验这么差的App，我的电话卡在出差时后掉了。因为是异地的电话卡，我所在的城市无法补办，就办了张临时的电话卡。后来发现易到的app上根本不能自行修改电话号码。我就找客服，客服说我必须等到补卡成功后登录到原有账户后再进行操作。我想问，那要是我以前的电话号码不用了呢？那不是永远也登录不进去我原有的账户？里面的余额不就是白白的扔了？滴滴出行和神州专车还有优步都是可以自己在账户里面修改电话号码的。只要验证通过就可以了。易到简直是垃圾。如果真的不退余额，我绝对投诉到底。傻逼公司！

1. 之前给某位司机差评，过阵子回去再看，差评既然变成“热心肠”。
2. 有笔单子有争议，给客服电话，之后这事儿也不了了之。
3. 一开始下单，永远是没人接，就算看到附近车挺多的...20秒内自动变1.1，1.2，1.5倍的费用，之后就有人接单了。最糟糕的是，司机给我看了，他是原价接的单子！
4. 没底线的公司...我抓紧用完之前冲的钱，再也不用了！

Just like the previous reviewer said, this is the Chinese equivalent of Uber. Works in all major cities, accepts either credit cards or debit (via Alipay). Having used it several times, it was well worth the premium paid over conventional taxi; even "economy class" vehicles are new and clean. As for the app itself, works great (5S, iOS 7.0.6), but offers only Chinese UI.
