机场店还车非常糟糕，拖延时间导致客户航班延误，投诉多次居然不理睬，毫无下文！

说图片仅供参考真就仅供参考，深蓝G318放的无忧穿越版的图片，看了评论，确实有人拿到无忧穿越版的车，结果到了我这边，就是一辆老款非无忧穿越版的两驱越野车。同样的车，在神州租车那边250元一天，图片也放的老款车型。一嗨放的新款车型，价格还要400多接近500一天。真的坑，到场看车直接就是一句别的地方便宜就去别的地方租。

租车很安心，可以异地还车，优惠活动多，价格比另一大平台优惠很多。

总体体验是好的，但是分享一些可以改进的地方，希望公司越做越好

有两个很大的bug，一个是上传完身份证之后没有及时刷新，还显示上传界面，用户误以为哈没上传，重新上传会报错，退出去重进就好了，但是不是所有用户都知道这样解决呀，这也是所有新客户会遇到的问题；第二个是付钱的时候也没及时刷新，类似的问题，显示没付钱。

另一个问题是评论那边审核词什么的太多了，我辛辛苦苦写了五百字好评，想详细夸一下工作人员，非要说我有敏感词，我改了好多遍才发出去，如果不是太满意了我早就放弃了，审核和修改这个事情不该由客户承担，可以先提交人工审核，有问题让人工高速客户哪些句子需要修改，而且我一个好评也没批评哪来的敏感词汇？你们的语言模型是不是要与时俱进一下了？

最后一点，可以考虑改进的点是租车的时候如果是第一次租车，用户选择的是没有倒车影像的车，是否应该下单页“确认”或者下单前问清楚用户偏好；中国境内没有倒车影像太容易出事故扯皮了吧，所以有可能是新用户没注意到这一点，而不小心选择了这款，或者没别的选项了。

一嗨可以说是租车行业天花板了，自己在上面也使用了多次，没有一次是踩雷的！每次租的车都很新，油也很足的，很实诚哦~这点给好评！第一次租车的时候不懂，在租车前就看到评论里说一嗨门店的服务很不错，后来也亲身感受了，该走的告知流程很详细，还会提醒天气和当地较多吃罚单的注意点，会看着你熟悉车型的基本懆作，给的车洗得很干净，总之服务真的很好，选择一嗨不亏哦~

Absolutely useless company. They take the money, then less than 1 hour before you’re due to pick up the car they cancel the order. After searching around a bit it seems the company that the company will refuse to rent to anyone who isn’t Chinese. If you’re a foreigner in China don’t give this company your money. There are many better rental companies.
